DXS-700/1200-B is a new-style full-automatic computer-controlled high-speed vacuum forming machine (Thermoforming machine). It is the machine that designed researched, developed all by us. It not only has the functions of the type DXS-700/1200-A, but also is the best forming equipment for thermoforming the latest degradable material (the degradable material of starch). This machine is designed by the principle of mechanical-electrical-pneumatic integration. It adopts PLC control system, touch screen, luxury configuration and gets reliable performance and handy operation. This machine is full-automatic forming equipment for thermoforming plastic sheet by feeding, heating; forming, cooling, mold unloading, cutting at one blow. It also have the functions of second vacuum, second molding, ahead vacuum, froth, mold unloading air reverse etc..

It is suitable for thermoforming PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PP, flocking sheet that can produce varieties of one-off "green" production. For example: one-off tableware, supermarket salver, the box of bean curd, expelling from within of injection (oral liquid), inner lining of mobile telephone.
